Whereas the Government of Nepal has awarded survey licenses to Naulo Nepal Hydroelectric pvl. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal, for preparing the Feasibility Study Reports (fsrs) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports of the Budhi Gandaki Ka and Kha Hydroelectric Projects. Patel Energy Resources Ltd. totally owned subsidiary of Patel Engineering Ltd are the main share holder of the Naldo Nepal Hydroelectric Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal
WHEREAS Shah Consult International (P) Ltd are Nepal based consultant and has been engaged by Patel Engineering Ltd for preparation of the Feasibility Study Report for the two projects
